The Education/Formation Commission

THE EDUCATION/FORMATION COMMISSION is the structure of the Council through which the parish participates in the Prophetic Ministry of Jesus Christ. This commossion assists the Pastor and pastoral staff in developing, promoting, coordinating and evaluating all parish activities relating to catechetical-education ministries of the parish. As it promotes growth of an informed and vital faith life among the parish members, the commission affects the lives of young and old in the faith community who are growing to maturity in faith. The commission facilitates catechesis within the parish as well as evangelation within and beyond the parish.

The ministries under this group are Adult Faith Formation, Bible Study Group, Catholics Returning Home, Financial Peace University, Just Faith, Respect For Life Ministry, RCIA, Ultreya, Youth-Teen Ministry, Young Adult Ministry (YAM) and Youth Religious Education.
